Following their standout performances at the 2025 Melbourne International Jazz Festival and St Kilda Fest 2026, Kitsch Kitchen are heading underground to perform an intimate show in the Grace Darling Basement.
2025 saw the group release their second EP Fractures and continue to grow their profile with a handful of select performances, gathering support from tastemakers both local and abroad and cultivating a reputation for contemplative electronic shows with their unique blend of live instrumentation and synth-driven compositions.
Expect elements of electronica, downtempo, trip-hop and nu-jazz to convalesce as the 7-piece outfit creates a world of soundscapes that draw from nature and the human experience.
The line-up, led by Nicholas Reid, features a host of Melbourne/Naarm’s finest musicians who have honed their craft over years touring across Australia and around the world.
The seven piece will be supported by London-born, Naarm-based producer and instrumentalist, Finn Irregular, who will bring cosmic soul, acid jazz, R’n’B and house to the basement.
