Chef Dora brings the recipes, the stories, and the heart behind every dish. The first in a series of golden afternoons, scented with lemon and olive oil.

Expect a slow, abundant feast; sunlight on your shoulders; glasses clinking as the afternoon unfolds. Think Nonna’s table reimagined, where familiar flavours meet old-world rhythms, with a touch of festa chaos humming through the day.

From Dharug Nura to Kulin Nation, 𝒙𝒊𝒂𝒐 𝒙𝒊𝒂𝒐 bring their experimental punk-rap collision to The Grace Darling. Born from the chaos of Western Sydney / Dharug Nation’s sonic agitators, the outfit threads together members of 1300, 𝘚𝘭𝘪𝘮 𝘚𝘦𝘵, and 𝘉𝘢𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘦 into a single charged circuit. 𝒙𝒊𝒂𝒐 𝒙𝒊𝒂𝒐 move like shapeshifters at the burnt edges of the east-coast underground, their sound mutating between venom-spit verses and hooks that cut like mirrors.

𝑫𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒆𝒍 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒑𝒂 presents the second episode of The SIRPA Show: IN THE MOOD FOR LOVE. Following a sold-out debut, Serpa returns to the stage at The Grace Darling Hotel to launch his brand new single "BET".

𝑴𝒐𝒔𝒔 𝑩𝒐𝒅𝒚 is an electrifying new collaboration between Naarm/Melbourne based singer-songwriter Grace Robinson and producer/synthesist Christy Wositzky-Jones (Skinny Wizard). Already respectively recognised as critical voices in the Melbourne music scene through their solo work, Grace and Christy join forces to deliver a striking sonic amalgamation of their artistic strengths. The result is a soul-stirring fusion of electronic production and raw, emotive storytelling.

An 𝑶𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝑴𝒐𝒐𝒏 hangs over Naarm, casting its spell in jazz-soaked rhythms and ethereal voices. Their sound sways between intimacy and groove, carried by percussion rooted in Samoa, Lebanon, Japan, and Korea. Their music is heart and heat — an energy that stirs the floor and moves bodies into motion, echoing the lineage of Sade, Yussef Dayes, and Kelela while carving a path entirely their own.
